Energetic Dependency & the Path to True Healing

People who cannot stand on their own and constantly seek support are actually reflecting a form of energetic dependency; often rooted in unmet childhood needs or a spiritually ungrounded state, this tendency makes them cling to the light of others.

For those of us who encounter such individuals, the greatest lesson is learning to set boundaries. If we cannot distinguish between helping and carrying someone else’s weight, we end up draining our own energy and facing burnout.
Every soul must eventually learn to stand on its own; therefore, the healthiest approach is to hold space for others without taking on their journey for them.
In the regression sessions I offer, I frequently observe this very pattern: people carrying “dependency codes” from past lives or childhood experiences into their present lives. Many of my clients struggle to believe in their own power and instead lean heavily on external sources of support. Yet this challenge points to one of their deepest spiritual lessons: discovering their inner light and learning to stand tall on their own.
As guides, our role is not to carry their energy, but to build a bridge that helps them reconnect with their inner resources so that dependency can give way to freedom and true healing 🌿
