Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, missed appointments ("no-shows"), or late arrivals may not be eligible for a refund.

If a session cannot be provided due to an issue on our part, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a rescheduled appointment or an appropriate refund.
