Cooking is a type of ritual✨

Cooking is one of the clearest places where creative energy works on a spiritual level because there’s an actual act of transformation happening. You take something raw, change it, and something completely different comes out of it. That’s one of the most basic forms of creation.

In the kitchen, intention, emotion, and focus go straight into the food. Whatever mood you’re in while cooking gets carried into the meal. You can really feel the difference in food that’s made “with love.”

The same applies when you cook for yourself. The effort you put in and your emotional state shape how the food feels. That’s why some meals feel deeply satisfying, while others just fill your stomach… and you’re hungry again right after. Guaranteed 😅

Creative energy is especially activated in areas where you use your hands and your body. Producing, touching, and physically engaging with the process naturally turns it on. Chopping, kneading, stirring these movements put the body into creation mode. The mind steps back a little, intuition takes over. That’s why kitchens are considered special spaces in many cultures.

So cooking isn’t just about feeding or being fed. It’s about transforming, producing, and bringing something into existence through energy. One of those everyday practices we barely notice, yet it quietly keeps our creative power alive almost like a small ritual. I always make wishes while cooking ❤️🍱

Very Taurus-coded tweet, I know. If I made you hungry… my bad 😂

Note: When I say “creative energy,” I’m using it to describe the everyday process of transforming something and creating an outcome. It’s not meant in a belief-based or religious sense.
